I’ve been cooking professionally for over 20 years, with experience across restaurants and hotels, and a culinary foundation built through Washington State University’s hotel and restaurant program. I started my journey at PF Chang’s and kept expanding from there—into Asian, Mexican, and classic French cooking, with a deep love for sushi and sashimi.

I’ve worked around the world in places like Australia and the Bahamas, and one of my proudest career highlights was cooking at Tao Las Vegas. I’m passionate about quality ingredients, thoughtful execution, and making your meal feel effortless, special, and genuinely delicious.

I’ve grown through real kitchen experience

I learned to cook in various kitchens right out of college and continued to grow over the years, working in high-end restaurants, hotels, and international kitchens.

I blend comfort with Asian expertise (including sushi)

My secret is that I pair my classic American roots with deep Asian-cuisine expertise, including sushi, so I can deliver both refined technique and craveable flavor.
